Feel More Secure

Rescue Alert can help you feel more secure when you are worried about the possibility of domestic violence. By installing a Rescue Alert emergency response system, you will be able to send a call for help quickly and quietly.

  • The medical alert unit is in silent mode and makes no noise when the panic button is pressed.
  • Detailed offender information is displayed on the Emergency Response Center computer.
  • The attendant calls the police and advises them of the alarm and the offender information.
  • The attendant continues to listen over the medical alert and communicate pertinent information to the police.
  • The only times police are not immediately called, are for a known test, or if the unit is reporting a low battery. In both cases the response center will call the residence and request a prearranged password. If the password is not given, the police will be notified.
